The Telangana High Court said on Wednesday that the report of Justice P.C. Ghose Commission, which indicted former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and three others over the execution of the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP), “shall be inoperative”. The Bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin, pronouncing the verdict in a batch of writ petitions seeking to set aside the Commission’s report and questioning the constitution of the Commission, said that no action can be taken against KCR and three others, based on the report.
