According to a press release, R. Shankar Shanmugam, Registrar, Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (Chennai) was the chief guest. He distributed gold medals and certificates to R. Varsha for best student in Diploma Nursing and D. Sherlyn Jasper for best student in B.Sc Nursing. He said the college holds a leading position in the country in nursing education.
