Warangal CP Sunpreet Singh and other officials presenting the accused before the media in Hanumakonda on Tuesday. In a joint operation, the Anti-Narcotics Bureau, Counter Action Team (CAT) party, and Intezarganj police of the Warangal Police Commissionerate on Tuesday arrested an interstate gang allegedly involved in large-scale smuggling of hash oil and seized contraband worth approximately ₹2.5 crore. The arrested persons were identified as Hantal Sannu and Hantal Sanyasi from Malkangiri district in Odisha, and Kandela Chinnababu and Hantal Krishna from Andhra Pradesh. Another accused, identified as K. Pandu, is absconding.
