Mahalakshmi Yagam performed on Akshaya Tritiya atop Indrakeeladri

The Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla temple conducted a grand “Sri Mahalakshmi Yagam” on the auspicious occasion of “Akshaya Tritiya” atop Indrakeeladri in Vijayawada on Monday.

The ritual was conducted for the welfare of society and the prosperity of devotees. Amid the chanting of Vedic hymns by temple priests, the yagam was performed in accordance with traditional temple scriptures and concluded ceremonially with the final offering.
