Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday announced that farmers from ten more villages have pledged to part with 17,000 acres of land for the capital city of Amaravati. Addressing a gathering during the ‘Swarna Andhra-Swachh Andhra’ programme here, Mr. Naidu assured that the financial liabilities would be cleared by selling the land being pooled for Amaravati under the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS).
