Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday announced that farmers from ten more villages have pledged to part with 17,000 acres of land for the capital city of Amaravati. 

Addressing a gathering during the ‘Swarna Andhra-Swachh Andhra’ programme here, Mr. Naidu assured that the financial liabilities would be cleared by selling the land being pooled for Amaravati under the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS).
