Prabhu, who runs a flower shop in Ganapathy for more than three decades now, has a new set of customers for the last two weeks. Political parties from different parts of the State come to him to buy garlands made of wool, flowers, coins and currency notes, and party symbols. With six employees, Prabhu makes garlands that are half feet long to 15 feet long. Customers come from Madurai and Theni, apart from Coimbatore.
