Through this Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar provided a clear framework for equality, said C.S. Dwarakanath, senior advocate and former chairman of the Karnataka State Backward Classes Commission. He was speaking at the Ambedkar Jayanti programme held at Kuvempu Hall in Rani Channamma University (RCU) on April 14. It was organised jointly by the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Study Chair at RCU and the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Training, Research, and Extension Centre, Bengaluru.
