World Bunts’ Foundation to sponsor PU Commerce topper’s higher education

B.R. Shetty, chief patron of the World Bunts’ Foundation Trust, has announced full sponsorship for the higher education of Disha Poojary, a student of Alva’s PU College, who was the topper in II PU Commerce by securing full 600 marks in the March 2026 exams.

While representatives of the Foundation felicitated Ms. Poojary along with Alva’s Education Foundation chairman M. Mohan Alva at the Alva’s on Monday, Mr. Shetty spoke to Ms. Poojary over the phone. He assured that he would bear the entire cost of her studies, including her BCom at the Alva’s Degree College and support her till the completion of Chartered Accountancy, along with boarding and lodging expenses, said a release.
