Voting continued till 8 pm at a polling station in Paramakudi

At a polling station near Paramakudi, voting continued until 8 p.m. due to a massive surge of voters arriving late in the evening.

The Panchayat Union Primary School in Kanjiyenthal was the designated polling center for 1,067 voters from the villages of Kanjiyenthal, Pidariyenthal, Puliyankulam, Pethanenthal, and Perumalkoil.
