Amidst the high-stakes EVMs that are set to get busy on April 23 in Tamil Nadu, in a tiny corner of the state, a humble voting machine is garnering a scintilla of attention. Final year students of the Department of Electronics and Artificial Intelligence at Agurchand Manmull Jain College in Meenambakkam, G. Murali and N. Madhan Raaj, have designed this electronic voting machine based on a request from the Student Welfare Council.
