Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday said the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, implemented by the Centre, had created a transparent and credible framework for the direct selling sector, safeguarding consumer interests and boosting confidence among those engaged in it. He was speaking at an event titled ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat Ka Vijay Parv’, organised by a direct selling company AWPL at Leisure Valley in Gurugram. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also attended the event. Direct sellers, women entrepreneurs and youth from across the country participated in it.
