Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel and Mandya MP H. D. Kumaraswamy described the late Sri Balagangadharanatha swamiji as an ‘immortal guiding force’ in Karnataka’s spiritual and social landscape, highlighting his contributions to education, healthcare, and environmental conservation.

Speaking at Adichunchanagiri during the inauguration of the seer’s memorial — Sri Guru Bhairavaikya Mandira — on April 15, Mr. Kumaraswamy said the Adichunchanagiri Mutt had emerged as a global centre of learning and service under the late seer’s leadership.
