Traders asked to ensure quality of water used for preparing juice, drinks in Virudhunagar

With the increasing consumption of sherbath, cane juice, carbonated drinks, butter milk, fruit juice in the wake of heat wave, Food Safety officials have alerted the traders to ensure the quality of water to be used to make those drinks.

In a statement Virudhunagar Collector N.O. Sukhaputra said that the traders should prepare the drinks, including porridge, and sell them in protected manner.
