The Textile Ministry has constituted a monitoring cell to look at measures it can take to support the industry, especially the manmade fibre sector, that is impacted by the West Asia crisis. The Ministry is holding weekly meetings with export promotion councils, domestic industry associations, regional clusters and State government officials, said a press statement.
