TCS has ordered an independent probe into allegations of sexual harassment and forced religious conversion at its Nashik unit. The company said operations remain unaffected and no complaints were received through its internal channels. The NCW has taken suo motu cognisance, while police have formed an SIT, made arrests, and suspended employees pending inquiry, as scrutiny around the case grows.
