Stalin chose Palacode constituency for his customary morning walk doubling up as campaign walk on Wednesday (April 15, 2026) morning, taking the heat up to the constituency proudly declared as an AIADMK fort, ahead of his public meeting in Dharmapuri later in the evening. The walk also culminated in the Chief Minister naming a baby boy ‘Dravidan’. While it was anticipated that the CM would announce himself in the markets and the streets of Dharmapuri town for his walk in the morning, Mr. Stalin’s convoy driving away from where he was staying in Dharmapuri to some 30 kms away to Palacode.
