The management of Kannur Dental College, Anjarakandy, has terminated Head of the Department (HoD) of Dental Anatomy M.K. Ram, who faced allegations linked to the death of first-year Bachelor o Dental Surgery student R.L. Nithin Raj, from service. The decision was taken on Thursday following discussions held by college Principal Vinod Moni with student union representatives and parents. With this, the students announced that they would withdraw their agitation and attend classes from Monday.
