In a move aimed at enhancing convenience, the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) will soon introduce an online khata correction facility, Munish Moudgil, Special Commissioner (Revenue and IT), Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), announced on Thursday.

Mr. Moudgil said the initiative was designed to enable citizens to rectify errors in their khata details without procedural delays, making the system more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly. The plan has followed several complaints about need for visiting government offices for even smallest changes.
