Residents flag civic neglect across Pallavaram belt

With the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections just days away, residents and activists from Chromepet, Pallavaram and Pammal have voiced strong dissatisfaction over persistent civic issues, underlining a failure to deliver on long-pending promises.

At a grievance meeting organised by television channel Puthiya Thalaimurai in Pammal, participants highlighted concerns ranging from sewage overflow and road encroachments to water stagnation and lack of a robust civic infrastructure.
