Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis head for darshan at Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib in Nanded on Sunday. | Photo Credit: BY ARRANGEMENT Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan visited Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib at Nanded along with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday and paid tributes to Guru Tegh Bahadur Singh on the occasion of his 350th martyrdom commemoration day. Vijay Satpal Singh, chairman of the gurdwara, welcomed Mr. Kalyan and Mr. Fadnavis and honoured them by tying traditional Sikh turbans. Mr. Pawan Kalyan later entered the gurdwara along with the Maharashtra Chief Minister, offered prayers to Guru Gobind Singh in the main hall and presented a sacred chadar. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Kalyan said that Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Singh had inspired the entire nation and that his supreme sacrifice would continue to guide and inspire generations. He said it was a great honour to participate in the Shaheedi Samagam of the legendary Guru.
