Khan addressing presspersons in Dharwad on Tuesday. | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT A total of 24,030 candidates will receive various degrees, 4,129 candidates their post-graduate degrees, 252 their doctoral degrees and 69 will get post-graduate diploma certificates during the 75th annual convocation of Karnatak University in Dharwad on Thursday. Addressing presspersons at the university in Dharwad on Tuesday, Vice-Chancellor A.M. Khan said that convocation for the 2023-2024 academic year was not held as there was no regular Vice-Chancellor and it is now being held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Gandhi Bhavan on university campus.
