Marginal increase in final polling figures in Thanjavur district

The overall voter turnout in the eight Assembly constituencies in Thanjavur district was put at 80.60%., as per the figures furnished by the district election officials.

Thiruvidaimaruthur Assembly segment recorded 80.59% polling, Kumbakonam 81.04%, Papanasam 80.34%, Thiruvaiyaru 85.19%, Thanjavur 77.47%, Orathanadu 82.98%, Pattukottai 75.42%, and Peravurani 81.89%, according to official sources.
