The Delhi Police has arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly cheating at least 500 women of more than ₹2 crore using fake profiles on social media and dating platforms, officers said on Thursday.  

The accused, identified as Anand Kumar, was apprehended by the southwest district cyber police and is suspected to have operated an organised network involving honey-trapping and blackmailing, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Amit Goel said.
