Key stops along the route include Hudson Circle, Visvesvaraya Museum/Government Museum, Queens Road (Chinnaswamy Stadium Road), Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Road near Vidhana Soudha, KR Circle, and Corporation Signal. “The hop-on hop-off model allows passengers to board and alight at designated stops, offering flexibility to explore landmarks at their own pace. The Ambaari double-decker buses, already a familiar sight in Mysuru, have been customised to provide an enhanced city-viewing experience in Bengaluru,” an official said. The 40-seater bus features both lower and upper decks. Tourists will receive audio-guided commentary as the bus reaches designated sightseeing locations along the route. According to KSTDC officials, the Ambaari bus has been wrapped with visuals reflecting the State’s art forms, cultural diversity, wildlife and major tourist destinations.
