But overnight topper Jeongwoo Ham of South Korea kept his composure in the crunch, warding off a spirited challenge from Australian Cameron John, to walk away with the title. By taking up the top two spots on the leaderboard, Ham and John also booked their tickets to The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale in Southport later this year. Among Indians, Gaganjeet Bhullar and Pukhraj Singh Gill had contrasting outings at the par-71 Sentosa Golf Club Serapong course to finish tied-26th. Ham, who entered the last leg of the International Series event with a four-stroke advantage, saw his lead cut down to a solitary shot at one point as John tried to give the Korean a run for his money. The trophy chasers and other challengers had to be locked in for longer than expected after rain threatened an anticlimactic end to a gripping finale.
