File | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT The Telangana High Court on Wednesday (April 22, 2026), pronouncing verdict in a batch of writ petitions seeking to set aside Justice P.C. Ghose Commission report over alleged irregularities in execution of Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme (KLIS) project, said the Commission’s findings “shall be inoperative”. A bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin, reading out operative part of the verdict in the First Court, said “no action can be taken” against former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and three others based on the findings of the Commission.
