Stating that education was a powerful tool to break out of all shackles, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said that it was impossible to create an egalitarian society without an education that encompassed rational, scientific and humanitarian approach.

“If B.R. Ambedkar was not educated and if he did not have the fighting spirit, we would not have got the Constitution. And I have become the Chief Minister thanks to the Constitution given by Ambedkar,” the Chief Minister said, during Ambedkar’s birth anniversary celebrations here.
