AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Tuesday asked the farmers in Theni district if they wanted to re-elect the DMK, which has not done anything in the Mullaiperiyar dam issue.

Addressing an election meeting in Andipatti with ally and AMMK general secretary T.T.V. Dhinakaran, he said with a Communist Party of India (Marxist) government in Kerala, the Tamil Nadu government here could have worked wonders since they were alliance partners.
