Chandrababu Naidu, on Monday, alleged the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and the Congress had betrayed the country and its women by not supporting what he described as the “33% reservation for women”. “It is a great injustice for the society, South India, and women. I am asking the DMK one straight question – Why did you oppose this Bill? What did you gain from it? You are saying Tamil Nadu has defeated Delhi. You did not defeat Delhi; you defeated the share of South India,” he said during an election campaign in Coimbatore.
