Over 2,600 teams from across India took part in the contest at Lovely Professional University on April 17 and 18. The Hindu In School was the Media Partner for the event. The first runner-up honours went to projects ‘Hare Krsna’ by DAV Public School, Bhubaneswar, and ‘Sahi Bachat’ by Nehru World School, Ghaziabad, with each team receiving ₹2 lakh. The second runner-up honours went to ‘Vardaan’ by S.D.M.V. Inter College, Maharajaganj, U.P.; ‘Hygiene Hackers’ by Viva The School by VVIT, Guntur, A.P.; and ‘Innobotix’ by Lady Keshav Chandra Roy Memorial School, Ranchi, Jharkhand, with each team receiving ₹1 lakh.
