Crimes against women, children on the rise in A.P., alleges Jagan

Alleging that crimes against women and children are on the rise and law and order have deteriorated in Andhra Pradesh, YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president and former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has claimed that the government has failed to act against the accused. “Instead, the government is having those questioning it arrested in fabricated cases,” he said.  

In a message on social media platform X on Saturday, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy said that there were several allegations involving leaders of the ruling parties, but no action was taken, reflecting the ‘selective enforcement of law’.
