Actor Chetan Kumar | Photo Credit: Murali Kumar K Members of the Dr. Rajkumar Fans’ Association and Pranavananda Swami of Brahmashri Narayana Guru Shakti Peetha submitted a complaint to the Superintendent of Police in Kalaburagi on April 26 against Kannada actor and activist Chetan Kumar over his remarks on a social media platform regarding the allocation of 2.5 acres of land by the government of Karnataka for a memorial to late actor Dr. Rajkumar. A delegation led by Pranavananda Swami of the Brahmashri Narayana Guru Shakti Peetha, Kardal in Chittapur, along with members of the Dr. Rajkumar Fans’ Association, met Superintendent of Police Adduru Srinivasulu and alleged that the actor’s post on X had hurt public sentiment, particularly those of Rajkumar fans and Kannada organisations.
