District Collector Nishant Kumar on Thursday inaugurated a Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) at Valasapalle in Madanapalle, fulfilling a long-pending demand and boosting access to quality education. According to a press release, the school is currently operating from a temporary facility. The Collector launched the academic activities by opening a Class I section. He said that five acres have been allotted, and steps are being expedited to begin construction of a permanent campus within the current academic year. The Collector said the institution would benefit both Central government employees’ children and local students.
