Photo: Special Arrangement Air travelers and industry stakeholders have called for a transformative overhaul of passenger and cargo infrastructure in Visakhapatnam to keep pace with the city’s rapid expansion. Leading this charge, the Andhra Pradesh Air Travels Association (APATA) has urged GMR Airports and local authorities such as GVMC, VMRDA or any other public sector units to establish City Passenger Lounges (CPL) at high-traffic landmarks, including Ramakrishna Beach, VUDA Park, Madhurawada and Seethammadhara.
