Bhumi puja performed for 56 power facilities worth ₹97 cr

Days after the first-phase works for the Godavari Pushkarams-2027 began, Minister for Energy Gottipati Ravikumar on Monday performed bhumi puja for 56 power infrastructure facilities, which he promised to be operational before the mega event that commences in June 2027.

The power facilities taken up at a cost of ₹96.90 crore, include laying underground power cables in Rajamahendravaram and a new power station in Rajanagaram Assembly constituency.
