Offices of these businesses are expected to come up in Central Business District (CBD) areas, within the limits of pincode 560001. The key investor will be FSTC (Flight Simulation Technique Centre), a pilot training institute in which Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Ltd picked up a majority stake at ₹820 crore last year.
