Ehtram, meaning ‘respect’ in Urdu, is a Sufi-inspired electro-pop track delving into themes of humility, faith, and surrender. The video that accompanies the song shows Abuzar tied to a chair, as he tries to break free of in a closed, fire-lit environment. “We are stuck in a web of struggles because of our self-imposed limitations. Trying to break free is a metaphor to overcome the beliefs that limit us,” explains the Mumbai-based singer.
