The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will move to court if the seven former party MPs are not disqualified under the anti-defection law, said Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Monday (April 27, 2026).

Mr. Singh also wrote a letter to the Rajya Sabha Secretariat stating that the party’s position in the Rajya Sabha has been changed without any discussion with the party.
