The ₹767 crore estimated budget of the Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation (RMC) for the financial year 2026-27 has been approved by the RMC Special Officer and East Godavari Collector Keerthi Chekuri, on Tuesday. Speaking to the media on the budget, RMC Commissioner Rahul Meena announced; “An estimated income of ₹619 crore is expected, apart from ₹30 crore revenue to be generated through municipal bonds in the financial year 2026-27”.
