Eswari, the licensee of Vanaja Fireworks at Kattanarapatti near Virudhunagar where 25 workers were killed in a fire accident on April 19, was arrested on Sunday. The police said a special team arrested the woman and produced her before a jurisdictional magistrate who remanded her in custody.
