According to a complaint filed by Vikash A. Bafna, a violent incident occurred on the morning of April 25 around 8.30 a.m. in Muniyappa Layout, K.R. Puram. An unidentified young man allegedly attacked a stray dog with a knife, causing severe injuries. Witnesses reported that the accused also behaved aggressively toward nearby residents, creating panic in the area.
