It was in 2024 that the college sought UG programmes in psychology, economics, political science, chemistry, botany and zoology and PG programmes in Tamil, English, mathematics, commerce and computer science. Subsequently, the college was sanctioned B.A. Economics and permitted to offer UG programme in computer science and commerce in second shift.
