In a major crackdown on usurious private moneylenders, the Adilabad district police on Thursday conducted raids at different locations across the district and booked as many as 15 cases against the “errant” moneylenders. Multiple police teams carried out the raids at separate locations in 16 mandals under the supervision of Adilabad Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan, police said.
