Change in train route – The Hindu

Train No. 16511 KSR Bengaluru – Kozhikode Express commencing on May 5 from KSR Bengaluru will be diverted via Yesvantpur Junction, Chikka Banavara, Tumakuru, Arsikere Junction and Hassan by skipping its scheduled stoppage at Kunigal, B.G. Nagar, Shravanabelagola and Channarayapatna.

It is to facilitate the pre-non-interlocking and non-interlocking works in the South Western Railway on multiple days, a Southern Railway release said.
