Radhakrishnan not to share the dais with Central University of Karnataka Vice-Chancellor Battu Satyanarayana during the university’s 10th convocation scheduled for Wednesday. He also announced his decision to boycott the event. Addressing reporters in Kalaburagi, Mr. Patil, who is also the State Policy and Planning Commission Vice-Chairman, said that a criminal case of a serious nature has been registered against the Vice-Chancellor at Narona Police Station and that a chargesheet has been filed.
