He was speaking as the chief guest at the centenary celebrations of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, held at Andhra University. The event, themed “Lex Eminence: Law, Justice and Legal Education — A Centenary Journey”, took place at the AU Convention Centre on Beach Road in Visakhapatnam.
