Officials said polling was smooth in most locations, with only minor glitches such as brief delays in the early hours and isolated instances of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) developing snags. A total of 11,420 polling personnel, 67 micro-observers, and 1,052 police personnel were deployed, while an additional 2,900 police personnel and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) were stationed at polling stations to maintain security.
