One problem with making your own choices is often that you may have to defend it.

A choice I had to make in a recent morning was should I do my stretches, calf raises, and ankle rotation in the sun for 10 minutes or should I sit inside and read Super Agers sipping lemon water with turmeric and ginger. In opting for the latter, I would avoid sun spots, get glowing skin, and know clever stuff about gut microbiome. I could then be the light and joy of the building association meeting at which the actual topic would be when to repair the lift, but I would be glowing and talking about the gut.
