Ugrappa said in Belagavi on Tuesday. “Several Union Ministers are going around saying that the number of seats in Parliament will increase to 850 and those in Karnataka will increase to 42 and so on. The Union Home Minister read out a list of the revised figures related to South India and other States. Even newspaper columnists and TV anchors are debating such numbers. Who gave them those figures? If such is the case, where is the sanctity of the Delimitation Commission?,” he asked.
