A case has been booked against the Naam Tamilar Katchi leader Seeman on charge of violating the Model Code of Conduct in Thanjavur. According to police, the NTK leader solicited votes in favour of his party nominee, Krishnakumar for Thanjavur Assembly Constituency, on April 16 night near the Panagal Building on Anna Salai, Thanjavur. Mr. Seeman continued his speech beyond 10 p.m., the deadline for canvassing.
